Below is a screenshot of what the borrower will see when they click on the "Apply Online" button on your web site. Notice the scrolling help files on the left and the color-coded navigation at the bottom of the page.

About the Click1003 Help Files:

There are over 90 detailed help files on the Click1003 Online Application. Even borrowers who have never filled out a residential loan application before will find it easy to complete the application with the aid of these informative help files.

We have designed the help files to appear next to the online application to avoid the necessity of opening additional browser windows to view the files. This means that the help files will still work on browsers that have popup's blocked.

The help files will also scroll down when the borrower scrolls down the page allowing them to see the help content at all times. The borrower can change the help files at any time by clicking on any of the help symbols next to any topic on the application, or turn the help files off completely by clicking on the "CLOSE" button. They can resume viewing the help files by simply clicking on one of the help symbols again.

About the Color-coded Navigation System:

Nothing aggravates borrower's more than having to wait for the server to display different pages when the application is broken up into many separate sections. Click1003 has solved this dilemma by providing the entire application on one page.

Borrowers like the fact that they can maneuver to any section of the application instantly without waiting for additional pages to load from the internet.

Typically, borrowers will fill out the online application from their home or office at their leisure. This usually means that most borrowers will fill out as much of the application as they can from memory, and then return to the application to fill in the missing information at a later time.

It is easier to return to the exact point of the application the borrower wants to find if the navigation buttons are color coded. The borrower may not remember what section they need to navigate to, but they will most often remember what color the button is that will take them there.

You no longer need a web site to create a 1003 Fannie Mae Application. In fact, you don't even need your own computer! The new Click1003 Interactive Online Mortgage Application is web-based. This means you can access the online application and your entire pipeline from anywhere in the world - on any computer with an internet connection.

You simply login to your Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard on the Click1003 web site and your off and running! You can also use the Click1003 Online Application on your web site. We provide you with a link to incorporate into your web site for the "Apply Online" button so your borrowers who visit your web site can apply online.

All loan submissions will instantly and automatically show up in your File Manager Dashboard. You can import the loan file in the Fannie Mae format (.FNM) to your loan origination system (LOS) populating all of the forms for the entire loan package.

When your borrowers click on the "Submit" button on the Click1003 online form they will be able to choose whether to see the full-screen 1003 right in front of them, or return to the edit screen to update their application before printing. Then, by following the printing instructions, they can print the full Fannie Mae 1003 on their own printer, sign it and mail it to you.

The new Click1003 printed application prints out on 5 letter size pages. It will also print additional pages for REO's, Assets and Liabilities if your borrower has more than will fit on the basic 5 page application. The additional REO's, Assets and Liabilities will also import into your LOS.

Automatic Online Application Calculations:

Your borrowers will not need a calculator to use the online application. The Click1003 Interactive Online Mortgage Application software will instantly calculate all fields for the borrower automatically as they fill out the form. It will keep track of all totals, calculate amortized or interest-only payments, income, net worth and even a 25% net rental vacancy factor automatically as they fill out the form. The online form also utilizes pop-up calendars for date fields to insure the proper date format for Fannie Mae import.

Wireless Notification of Loan Submissions:

Wireless notification feature extracts selected information from the application and sends a text message to the loan originator's wireless devices (i.e. pager, Palm Pilot, Email enabled cell phone, etc.). This feature allows you to be anywhere and receive loan submission notification and details through automatic text messaging. When someone submits a loan on the Click1003 system, the program will automatically send you a text message with the following information from the application:

  • Loan officer name
  • Borrower name
  • Loan amount
  • Interest rate
  • Property type
  • Loan type
  • Home phone number
  • Work phone number
  • Application date

This allows you to contact your borrower immediately upon receiving their online application no matter where you are.
